Kathy Malone is an Instructional Technology Specialist at the Kennedy-Longfellow School. She is interested in cultivating student growth in all subject areas. Kathy is an active participant of the Lesley University and the Kennedy-Longfellow School Technology Partnership. She is currently involved in the implementation of a 1:1 initiative at her school. She works closely with students, staff, and business partners to integrate technology into the curriculum that provide unique learning opportunities for all. Kathy is the KeyPal Coordinator for students at the Kennedy-Longfellow and volunteers from IBM, Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, and MIT. Kathy has received the The Kenneth S. Neal Award, honoring an educator with exceptional commitment to Cambridge School Volunteers and its programs, as well as, The United Way Teachers Rock Award for a making a difference that has extended well beyond her classroom walls.
